Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently and accurately.
- Document all customer interactions and account details in our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services while maintaining a customer-first approach.
- Collaborate with team leads and support staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications
