Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints efficiently while adhering to company policies and scripts.
- Document all customer interactions and account details accurately in CRM systems.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues to team leads.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer technical questions confidently.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and monthly performance targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in a call center, retail, or customer service role is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Ability to work independently and remain focused during quiet periods.
