Responsibilities
- Handle 50-75 daily calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding billing, products, and services
- Document interactions accurately in CRM system
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, FCR)
- Collaborate with team leads to improve processes
- Participate in ongoing training and development
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer data
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency (Windows, CRM software)
- Reliable transportation to Tech Center location
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule
