- Handle inbound and outbound sales or support inquiries as needed.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Build rapport with customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus but not required for qualified applicants.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with navigating web browsers.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
