- Resolve customer inquiries using CRM tools
- Meet/exceed quality metrics (CSAT >90%)
- Document interactions in Salesforce database
- Collaborate with team on complex issues

- Participate in weekly performance reviews
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 50 WPM typing speed
- Clear background check
- Ability to work 11 PM-7 AM schedule
