Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries, technical issues, and billing concerns efficiently
- Maintain detailed call documentation in CRM systems with 99% accuracy
- Meet/exceed KPIs: Average Handle Time <180s, CSAT >90%
- Collaborate with supervisors to escalate complex cases proactively
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge training sessions
- Support cross-functional teams during peak operational hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- Type 45+ WPM with strong computer navigation abilities
- Reliable high-speed internet (20+ Mbps) and quiet workspace
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM CT)
- Proven problem-solving with conflict resolution aptitude
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays as needed
- Valid Texas or Florida residency required
