Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve billing, technical, and account issues using CRM tools
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and Zendesk
- Meet/exceed quality and productivity metrics (25+ calls/hour)
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless service continuity
- Participate in quarterly performance reviews and training
- Maintain strict compliance with PCI-DSS and HIPAA protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years call center or customer service experience
- Strong typing speed (40+ WPM) and CRM proficiency
- Exceptional communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
- Pass background check and drug screening
