Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls with empathy and professionalism

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
