Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products/services using CRM tools
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and ticketing systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and handle times
- Collaborate with night shift team on complex case escalations
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA/FERPA compliance standards
- Participate in quarterly night shift training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Minimum 1 year call center or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Exceptional active listening and de-escalation skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional off-site events)
