As a key member of our customer service team, you'll handle inbound/outbound calls, resolve inquiries, and build lasting relationships. Our night shift schedule (11 PM - 7 AM) includes premium pay rates and quieter call volumes, allowing you to focus on delivering outstanding service. Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and billing
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems with attention to detail
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call quality and resolution times
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and solutions
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer experience enhancements
- Adhere to all company protocols and regulatory compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to type 35+ WPM with strong computer navigation skills
- Comfortable working independently in a night shift environment
- Problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Reliable transportation for overnight shifts
