Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and billing
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call quality and resolution times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues
- Adhere strictly to security protocols and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service/call center experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced night shift environment
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with strong computer navigation skills
- Reliable transportation for 10 PM - 6 AM shift availability
