Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve inquiries regarding products, services, and account information
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining compliance
- Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues effectively
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call quality and resolution rates
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 6+ months customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with strong computer proficiency
- Comfortable working overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Problem-solving mindset with strong decision-making abilities
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
