Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls for Fortune 500 clients with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding billing, technical support, and account management
- Maintain detailed documentation in CRM systems and adhere to compliance protocols
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve service metrics
- Meet/exceed performance targets including call quality scores and resolution rates
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and communication skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with high accuracy
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
