Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve technical issues, billing concerns, and product questions for high-value clients
- Maintain detailed records in CRM systems and document all interactions accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and drive resolutions
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT, AHT, and first-contact resolution
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume contact center environment
- Exceptional communication skills with clear, professional phone presence
- Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced overnight setting
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zendesk preferred) and Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Authorized to work in the United States
