Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.

- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work Night Shift schedules (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (if remote/hybrid options apply).
