Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues using CRM systems and company protocols
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and Zendesk
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Meet performance metrics including call quality and resolution rates
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development workshops
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
