Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities.
- Ability to type 35+ WPM and navigate computer systems comfortably.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
