Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, and technical troubleshooting.
- Document all interactions accurately and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Handle escalated issues professionally and collaborate with team leads to find solutions.
- Identify and document customer feedback to help improve service quality.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance metrics (KPIs) regarding call volume and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a call center, retail, or customer service environment is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to type 35+ WPM and navigate computer systems efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, friendly demeanor.
- Must be willing to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM).
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup (if remote role) or ability to commute to the San Francisco office.
