Qualifications

- Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer navigation skills and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup (if remote) or willingness to work on-site.
