Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer inquiries, account issues, and technical problems efficiently and accurately.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update account information in our CRM system.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics, including call volume and customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with the team to identify trends and improve service quality.
- Handle escalations and complex issues with patience and expertise.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a rotating schedule.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new software quickly.
