Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while adhering to company scripts and guidelines.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the Senior Support Team or Management when necessary.
- Provide product information and assist customers with account inquiries.
- Maintain a high level of call quality and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with a positive attitude.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
