Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to type 30+ WPM
- Comfortable working night shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer proficiency
- Customer service mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Reliable transportation to our El Paso facility
