Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on quality and efficiency.

- Adhere to all call scripts and quality assurance standards to maintain brand integrity.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily performance metrics and KPIs.
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor during peak call times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work night shift schedules (various shifts available).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with computer applications and typing (40+ WPM).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
