- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve technical issues and process orders using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and internal databases
- Meet/exceed quality and productivity metrics during overnight shifts
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless customer handoffs
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer data
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years call center or customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Proficiency with Windows OS and CRM software
- Type 35+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Flexible schedule availability (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Bilingual (Spanish) speakers strongly encouraged
