Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve inquiries regarding billing, technical support, and account management
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for call quality and resolution times
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes
- Participate in ongoing training programs
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer information
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience (call center preferred)
- Exceptional verbal communication & active listening skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Proficient with CRM software & Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM
- Reliable transportation to downtown Long Beach location
