Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding billing, services, and technical issues
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while meeting quality metrics
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and security protocols
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
- Maintain positive team dynamics during overnight shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or call center experience
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Proficient in CRM software and multitasking
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to sit for extended periods and use headset equipment
