We are looking for a dedicated Night Shift Chat Support Agent to join the Fort Worth Tech Connect team. In this role, you will be the voice of our brand, assisting customers with technical inquiries, account management, and product troubleshooting during our peak evening hours. Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email promptly during night shifts.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.
- Accurately document all interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Minimum typing speed of 40-45 WPM.
- High school diploma or GED required; experience in customer service is preferred.
- Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (for remote candidates).
