Responsibilities
- Deliver real-time chat support for high-value enterprise clients across multiple time zones
- Resolve technical issues including software troubleshooting, account access, and billing inquiries
- Maintain detailed case documentation and knowledge base contributions
- Collaborate with Tier 2 engineers for complex escalations
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities
- Adhere to SLA metrics with 95%+ customer satisfaction targets
- Participate in continuous training on new products and protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in B2B chat support or technical customer service
- Exceptional written communication with 60+ WPM typing proficiency
- Deep knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and ticketing systems
- Ability to multitask across 3-5 concurrent chat conversations
- Strong problem-solving skills with analytical mindset
- Available to work flexible overnight shifts (Sun-Thu)
- Proficiency in English with clear, professional tone
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience required
