- Resolve technical issues, billing inquiries, and product questions
- Document cases accurately in CRM systems with detailed notes

- Maintain performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, response time)

Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in chat/email support
- Exceptional written communication with grammar proficiency
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environments
- Basic technical troubleshooting for software/hardware issues
- Comfortable working independently during overnight hours
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Experience with Zendesk, Intercom, or similar platforms
- Type 50+ WPM with 95% accuracy
