Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat with exceptional speed and professionalism
- Resolve technical issues, billing questions, and product concerns for enterprise clients
- Maintain detailed documentation of interactions in CRM systems for quality assurance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and implement solutions
- Adhere to SLAs while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT)
- Proactively identify trends in customer feedback to improve service protocols
- Participate in ongoing training to master new products and support techniques
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience with chat support focus
- Minimum 50 WPM typing speed with exceptional written communication
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Zendesk, Salesforce) and ticketing systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities with technical aptitude
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Comfortable with remote work setups and reliable high-speed internet
- Fluent in English with clear, concise communication style
