Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience via digital channels
- Exceptional typing skills (60+ WPM) with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Zendesk, Intercom, or similar chat platforms
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Available to work 11 PM - 7 AM EST, including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
