Responsibilities
- Deliver real-time chat support across multiple channels (web, app, social media)
- Resolve technical inquiries, billing issues, and product usage questions
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (response time, resolution rate, CSAT)
- Participate in continuous training on new products and support protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer support/chat roles
- Exceptional typing speed (60+ WPM) with 99% accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence
- Available to work full-time night shift (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
- Proficient with CRM systems and chat software (Zendesk preferred)
- Fluent English with clear written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
