- Provide real-time text-based support via chat platforms for product inquiries and troubleshooting
- Maintain detailed case documentation in CRM systems with 99% accuracy
- Resolve technical issues for enterprise clients using remote diagnostic tools
- Collaborate with Tier 2 support teams for complex escalations
- Adhere to SLA standards with average response time under 90 seconds
- Identify upsell opportunities during customer interactions
- Participate in bi-weekly training on new products and processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in live chat or digital customer support
- Exceptional typing speed (60+ WPM) with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in Zendesk, Intercom, or similar CRM platforms
- Ability to multitask across 3-5 concurrent chat sessions
- Strong problem-solving skills with technical aptitude
- Available to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM MST)
