Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in digital customer support or chat-based roles
- Exceptional written communication skills with professional tone
- Ability to type 60+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Proficiency with CRM software (Zendesk/Salesforce preferred)
- Strong problem-solving abilities in technical troubleshooting contexts
- Comfortable working independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Fluent in English; bilingual Spanish a plus
