Responsibilities
- Provide real-time chat support to high-value clients across multiple industries
- Resolve technical inquiries, billing issues, and service disruptions with precision
- Document all interactions in our CRM system with 99% accuracy
- Collaborate with Tier 2 engineers to escalate complex technical challenges
- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction score through empathetic communication
- Participate in bi-weekly training on emerging technologies and support protocols
- Monitor chat queues during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM ET)
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in chat/email support
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in Zendesk, Intercom, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for technical and non-technical issues
- Ability to multitask across 3-4 concurrent chat conversations
- US citizenship or valid work authorization for DC-based role
- Experience with SaaS products preferred
- Strong analytical skills for identifying recurring issues
