- Resolve technical issues, billing inquiries, and product questions with 95%+ accuracy
- Maintain detailed documentation of interactions using CRM systems
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless customer handoffs
- Proactively identify process improvements to enhance support efficiency
- Adhere to SLA metrics while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in ongoing training for new product launches
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience via chat/email/phone
- Exceptional typing speed (60+ WPM) with flawless grammar
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Zendesk/Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to multitask across 3-4 concurrent chats
- Strong problem-solving skills with tech troubleshooting aptitude
- Available for 40-hour night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM CST)
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- US citizenship or valid work authorization required
