Responsibilities
- Provide real-time chat support to resolve customer inquiries, technical issues, and product concerns
- Maintain detailed documentation of interactions and resolution steps in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolutions
- Proactively identify customer needs and upsell relevant solutions
- Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards
- Participate in continuous training to enhance product knowledge and support skills
- Monitor chat queues during assigned shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM CST)
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience via chat, email, or phone
- Exceptional written communication skills with professional tone
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Proficiency with CRM software and chat platforms (Zendesk/Intercom preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
- Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace
- Strong problem-solving abilities and empathy for customer needs
- Availability to work full-time night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM CST)
