Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve technical issues, billing questions, and product concerns
- Maintain detailed documentation of interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues
- Adhere to SLAs and quality standards for all interactions
- Continuously improve product knowledge and support techniques
- Monitor chat queues during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Excellent typing speed (50+ WPM) and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Available for consistent night shifts including weekends
