Responsibilities

- Quality Assurance: Adhere to quality standards and scripts to ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Problem Solving: Think critically to find solutions for complex customer issues.

Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or chat support is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Communication: Exceptional written communication skills with a focus on tone and clarity.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and software applications.
- Typing Speed: Minimum of 40-50 WPM with high accuracy.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Internet: High-speed, stable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
