Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer communications via phone, email, and chat for Memphis-based clients
- Resolve billing, technical, and account inquiries with first-call resolution focus
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining HIPAA/GDPR compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and implement solutions
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT, AHT, and quality standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for service delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with Southern US dialect proficiency
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight shifts
- Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office workspace
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as required
- Valid Tennessee business license for independent contractor status
