Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve complex billing, technical, and account inquiries using CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
- Document interactions accurately in compliance with company protocols and regulations
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless service continuity
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and soft skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience

- Reliable transportation and flexible availability for overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
