Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve complex billing, technical, and account issues using CRM tools and knowledge base
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce while meeting quality metrics
- Collaborate with overnight escalation team to resolve high-priority issues
- Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction targets
- Participate in ongoing training to master new products and processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for overnight operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional communication skills with clear phone etiquette
- Strong problem-solving abilities and multitasking capabilities
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Comfortable working independently during overnight hours
- Reliable transportation for shift-based schedule
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
