Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues using CRM systems
- Meet/exceed quality and productivity metrics (25+ calls/hour)
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and Zendesk
- Collaborate with daytime teams for seamless customer transitions
- Participate in ongoing product and process training
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score
Qualifications
- 1+ years call center or customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to navigate multiple digital systems simultaneously
- Comfortable working overnight shifts with flexible schedule
- Strong problem-solving and de-escalation abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency in English; bilingual Spanish a plus
