Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and internal databases
- Meet/exceed KPIs including CSAT, AHT, and FCR metrics
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality
- Participate in continuous training programs
- Adhere to compliance protocols and data security standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with Windows OS and CRM software
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
