Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve billing inquiries and technical support issues
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (FCR, CSAT, AHT)
- Collaborate with global teams during peak hours
- Participate in ongoing training programs
Qualifications
- 6+ months customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently overnight (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Proficient with Windows OS and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation to downtown Minneapolis
- Preferred: Bilingual (Spanish/Somali)
