Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing inquiries, technical issues, and service disruptions efficiently
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system while maintaining data integrity
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores and handle time targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and implement solutions
- Participate in continuous training programs to enhance product knowledge
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with clear articulation
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Reliable transportation and consistent night shift availability (11 PM - 7 AM)
