Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for quality and speed
- Collaborate with team leads to escalate complex issues
- Maintain detailed knowledge of products/services
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working overnight shifts (10PM-7AM)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Reliable transportation to downtown Tucson location
