- Resolve complex technical issues and billing concerns using proprietary CRM systems

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zendesk) and MS Office Suite

- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
