Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with escalation teams for complex resolution cases
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain product knowledge through ongoing training
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM (with weekend rotations)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in SaaS or tech support preferred
