- Resolve complex billing, technical, and account issues using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain call quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate unresolved issues
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge
- Maintain detailed case notes and follow HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask while maintaining composure under pressure
- High-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts including weekends
